Dean Kim-Lee is the campus director for the SAS Honors Program on Busch Campus. After graduating from Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, Jennifer headed up to Massachusetts where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College and completed a Masters in Sociology from Brandeis University. She returned back to New Jersey and is currently in the dissertation phase of an Ed.D. at Rutgers University titled "Understanding the Second Year Experience and the Role of Advising." Before advising at Rutgers, Jennifer worked in the advising offices of Brandeis University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Caldwell University. She lives in Bergen County, NJ with her husband, a Rutgers alumnus, and their dog, Cooper. She is eager to help students get the most out of their Rutgers experience!
