Dean Kim-Lee is the Campus Director for the SAS Honors Program on Busch Campus. She attended Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College, and earned a Masters in Sociology from Brandeis University and a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University, focusing her research on "Students' Perceptions of the Second Year and the Role of Advising." Before advising at Rutgers, Dean Kim-Lee advised undergraduate students at Brandeis University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Caldwell University. She lives in Bergen County, NJ with her husband, a Rutgers alumnus, and their dog, Cooper. She is eager to help students get the most out of their Rutgers experience!
