Dean Kim-Lee is the Campus Director for the SAS Honors Program on Busch Campus. She attended Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's from Mount Holyoke College, and earned a Masters in Sociology from Brandeis University and a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University, focusing her research on "Students' Perceptions of the Second Year and the Role of Advising." Before advising at Rutgers, Jennifer worked in the advising offices of Brandeis University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Caldwell University. She lives in Bergen County, NJ with her husband, a Rutgers alumnus, and their dog, Cooper. She is eager to help students get the most out of their Rutgers experience!
