Ambassadors Prepare to Celebrate Rutgers 250 in The Netherlands

Spring 2016 Honors Colloquium Student Ambassadors get ready to visit the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands with Dean Jennifer Jones during Spring Break. For information about the course, visit: Honors Colloquium.

Wishes 5K Walk/Run

On March 6th, 2016 at 10am in Bucceleuch Park, Rutgers Project Sunshine and Undergraduate Social Work Organization held a Wishes 5K Run/Walk to raise money for local children's hospitals in New Brunswick.  The SASHP sponsored fourteen members of the SASHP and Peer Mentor Program to make up the Peer Mentor Squad, and we ran and/or walked the 5K in support of Children's Specialized Hospital.  It was cold, but our SASHP scarves kept us warm.

2016 Members Day at the United Nations

On Friday, February 19, 2016 SASHP students joined Dean Julio Nazario, Dean Karimas Bouchenafa, and Mrs. Fay Austin, Rutgers Librarian and President of the Central New Jersey chapter of the UNA, at Members’ Day at the United Nations.

Honors Students Travel to Brazil During Winter Break

Professor Tatiana Flores (SAS-Art History) and Dean Mahasti Hashemi embark on a week-long trip with honors students to Brazil.  Honors Program and Honors College students traveled to a number of local museums, parks, and restaurants.
