Join Professor Paul Blaney for the Summer 2013 Honors Colloquium. This hybrid course will focus on the concept of the city. We'll be considering fictional cities, ancient and modern cities, ideal and organic cities, declining cities, and imaginary cities. Questions explored will include how do cities work, how do they not work, and how to design a city that will thrive.
