The diversity value of education.
Why did you choose your major and minor?
I fell in love with political science and thought economics was easy.
Tell us a little bit about what you're doing now. What was your first job after Rutgers? Where do you live?
I'm currently working in equity research at RBC Capital Markets covering the banking sector. My first job was in investment banking covering the banking sector at RBC Capital Markets. I currently live in Gorham, ME.
What has been your greatest professional and/or personal accomplishment since you graduated Rutgers?
Being a part of HATCH, a network of change-makers to make the world a better place.
Was there a class and/or experience at Rutgers that led you to pursuing your current career?
Not really. It was somewhat of an accident.
What three words describe your experience at Rutgers and the Honors/Scholars Program?
Enriching. Stimulating. Confidence building.
How has your Rutgers and Honors education benefited you in your post-Rutgers life?
It taught me how to write and learn.
What advice do you have for our current SAS Honors Program students?
Dream big, ask questions. At the end of the day, you need to form your own well-supported opinion on things.
